Summary |

| The goal of the
Professional Development Department is to provide professional
development activities for administrators, teachers and other
district personnel for the purpose of improving leadership skills,
instructional skills, and content skills to increase student
achievement. The Teacher Center Coordinator partners with personnel
from the Arkansas Department of Education to support state
initiatives. In addition, we have on staff a Professional
Development Specialist that works closely with schools on using
test data to aid in their ACSIP Plans and work toward overall
school improvement. |
